Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize backend services using Python with FastAPI or Flask.
- Work with data libraries (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow) to build advanced solutions.
- Explore and implement AI-driven workflows using LangChain & LangGraph.
- Design and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure system architectures.
- Write and optimize SQL queries with deep database expertise.
- Collaborate with global teams across EMEA & APAC time zones.
- Follow Agile processes and use Git/JIRA for versioning and task management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Python experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development and delivery.
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases.
- Expertise in backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask).
- Familiarity with data science/ML libraries (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Proficiency with Git and issue-tracking tools (JIRA or similar).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain & LangGraph for AI workflow orchestration.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
