Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications with focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Work with PHP (Laravel) and React.js to build scalable and secure applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems.
- Ensure accessibility, security compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Utilize Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel framework) and React.js.
- Strong knowledge of MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with front-end libraries/frameworks such as React.js, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Basic knowledge of npm/yarn and build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance in web applications.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in performance tuning of web applications.
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
