Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect designs.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
- Implement push notifications, deep linking, and offline storage.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Work with QA teams on unit/integration testing and ensure code coverage.
- Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of mobile app development experience, including 3+ years of React Native.
- Published apps in App Store/Play Store.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with native module development (Objective-C/Swift for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android).
- Proficiency with Redux / MobX / Context API for state management.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, App Center, GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on with unit testing & automation (Jest, Detox, Appium).
- Understanding of mobile app security (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Material UI, React Native Reanimated, NativeBase, Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Prior experience in leading small to mid-size teams.
Experience
4+ years in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in React Native.
