Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver advanced lending solutions using cLO credit origination software.
- Act as a Scrum Master and contribute actively to agile team processes.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders during pre-study, requirements, implementation, testing, training, and UAT.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT by developing expertise in credit handling solutions.
- Conduct technical workshops and provide solution training to customers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in .Net C# development.
- Strong knowledge of WCF, REST APIs, SSRS, ASP.Net Core, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- SQL Server development experience.
- Familiarity with Azure stack and public cloud environments.
- Experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum (including as Scrum Master).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong English proficiency.
- Relevant university degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience delivering product-based software solutions or services.
- Background in agile delivery, solution training, and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience
8+ years in .Net C# development with exposure to banking and financial services.
