Roles & Responsibilities
Frontend (React)
- Build responsive, accessible web UIs using React.
- Optimize for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend (Node.js / Python)
- Design and maintain scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deploy and maintain services on AWS.
DevOps & Best Practices
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow clean code, TDD, and documentation standards.
- Conduct code reviews and automate workflows.
Team & Leadership
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years in full-stack development, including 3+ years with React.
- Strong backend experience in Node.js or Python.
- Proficiency with AWS, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD tools.
- Prior experience at a services-based company is mandatory.
- Strong grasp of clean architecture and scalable systems.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
Experience
4–7 years in full-stack development.
