Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models such as GANs, VAEs, and LLMs.
- Train and fine-tune models on large-scale datasets to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Prepare and preprocess datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate generative AI models into production systems.
- Research and adopt the latest advancements in deep learning and Gen AI.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, track tasks, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Work closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams for seamless integration.
- Ensure best practices in code reusability, localization (Japanese/English), front-end security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic data processing and transactions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Strong understanding of ML/DL principles, algorithms, and neural network architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with GANs, VAEs, and applications in NLP and image generation.
- Expertise in text generation and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and MLOps (CI/CD, deployment).
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Research-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong foundation in NLP, deep learning, and generative models.
- Experience working in insurance or fintech applications (bonus).
- Familiarity with Agile and collaborative team workflows.
Experience
5+ years in AI/ML development with at least 2–3 years in Generative AI applications.
