Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement solutions for broadly defined problems.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Node.js and other OOP languages (Java, etc.).
- Contribute to full-fledged product development and rapid feature releases.
- Debug production issues across multiple services and levels of the stack.
- Design and build APIs for seamless integrations to accelerate application development.
- Develop fault-tolerant backend systems processing billions of data points daily.
- Drive best practices in engineering and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building production-grade software systems.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, OOP, design patterns).
- Hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and exposure to other languages like Java/Python/Ruby.
- Experience with distributed and scalable systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices and cloud platforms.
- Prior exposure to high-performance, large-scale applications.
Experience
3–6 years (Software Engineer)
5–8 years (Senior Software Engineer)
