🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead application product design and define technical strategy.
- Deliver high-quality technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST, and microservices.
- Build responsive UI screens using ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS.
- Work with various databases including Oracle and MongoDB.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot applications on cloud platforms such as OpenShift and AWS.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST, and microservices patterns.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with responsive UI design.
- Familiarity with Oracle, MongoDB, and other databases.
- Cloud development and deployment expertise (OpenShift, AWS).
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in leading cross-functional development teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
