• Design secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for global products.
• Collaborate with architecture & engineering teams to align on best practices.
• Support development teams with agile processes and technical leadership.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks.
• Architect and deliver new services and features.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering craftsmanship.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical interviews.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, React/Angular, REST, and microservices.
• Proficiency in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, ElasticSearch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/PCF) and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with containerization, API design, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security tools (SCA/SAST/DAST).
• Experience in performance, scalability, and high-availability design.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and quality engineering practices.

🔹 Experience

8+ years in software development, with proven leadership in fullstack/Java-based projects.
