Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize workflows, portlets, and reports in OpenText PPM.
- Develop integration solutions with external systems (e.g., Workday, Jira) using APIs or web services.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure PPM modules such as Demand Management, Time Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HP/Micro Focus/OpenText PPM, preferably in the finance domain.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and REST web services.
- Experience with PPM Workbench, Dashboard, and Portlets.
- Solid understanding of PPM data model and functional modules.
- Proven experience integrating PPM with enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices using GitLab.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in finance domain projects.
- Prior exposure to large enterprise environments.
