Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang), RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
- Adhere to quality processes and ensure high standards in project delivery.
- Investigate and debug software defects effectively.
- Communicate technical ideas and updates clearly across teams and stakeholders.
Required skills & Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc with strong academic record.
- 2–4 years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, ECS, and S3.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and observability tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup-like environments building quick PoCs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
